About Us
In the Beginning.....
Brandon and his dad opened Skull Hill Steel in 2008 where they fixed and fabricated motorcycles. A couple years later Brandon's love for spear fishing turned into bow fishing followed by hunting. He loved working on his bow and studying archery. His friends took notice and had him fix and tune their bows. Skull Hill Archery opened in 2012.
How it's Going.......
We started out very small and have expanded the length of our building in a few short years. We are a full service Pro shop here to serve not only Florida but all our northern friends as well.

Brandon has been working on bows for over 14 years and is very passionate about archery whether it is target or hunting. In 2018 He won the Floridas ASA for Known 45 and Shooter of the Year. Among other tournaments around Florida over the years. He has also kept his freezers full from various hunts over the years. When he is not behind

Cynthia started her archery journey in 2019. She got a hankering to hunt a turkey and start mounted archery. Ambiguous goals for a woman with six kids. She loves helping at the shop and homeschooling their kids. One day when she gets spare time she will hunt that turkey off her trusty steed Opal.

Shane used to frequent the bow shop regularly for years. Then one day, he just never left. We are grateful for him coming in where Doc left off to work on arrows and crossbows. Shane has been bow hunting for over 40 years now so he comes with a plethora of knowledge (some good....some questionable) to share with his customers. His favorit

Tom and Lorna (GiGi) came to our shop with a heart for teaching archery and loving on us. They became instant grandparents to all the Skull Hill youngins. Tom has been involved with several Archery programs including NASP, JOAD and YHEC for many years and excels in coaching others. Especially youth. Their lives have taken them on many adventures but this is definitely where they belong.

August of 2024, Garrett loaded up his wonderful girlfriend Brittany and son Blake, to join us in Okeechobee. He has been part of the Skull Hill family for many years including shooting for the shop at tournaments. He has been involved with this great sport for over 20 years now and has acquired many accomplishments like the Floridas ASA for Known 45 and Shooter of the Year in 2022.
